BRIDGE is a small frame that connects two formats. You keep your Google Fitbit Air sensor and can wear it in WHOOP-format bands — the ones you already own, or the ones you love.

Good to know: BRIDGE works one way — Fitbit Air sensor into a WHOOP band. It can't be used to wear a WHOOP sensor in a Fitbit Air band. Sensor and band not included.

Is the sensor included with the band?
No. Our bands and adapters are sold on their own: you use the sensor you already own (Google Fitbit Air or WHOOP, depending on the product).
How do I know if a product is compatible with my device?
Compatibility is listed in each product's name, on its page and in our compatibility guide. Not sure? Write to us before ordering and we'll confirm.
Can I wear my WHOOP sensor in a Fitbit Air band?
Not at the moment. Our BRIDGE adapters work one way: Google Fitbit Air sensor into a WHOOP-format band.
BRIDGE 5 or BRIDGE 4: which one?
It depends on the band you want to use: BRIDGE 5 for WHOOP 5.0 / MG-format bands, BRIDGE 4 for WHOOP 4.0-format bands.
