Is the sensor included?

No, the band is sold on its own. You fit it with the sensor you already own.

Do I need a tool to change bands?

No. Remove the sensor from your old band and insert it into the new one in a few seconds.

Will the color match the photo?

We do our best to keep photos true to life, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. If the color isn't right for you, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return (unworn item).

When will I receive my order?

The shipping options and delivery times for your address (Canada and the United States) are shown at checkout. You'll then get a confirmation email, followed by tracking information once your order ships.
